Subscription

This is a place where you can access all subscription related topics.

{info} All subscriptions and payments are handled by Paddle Inc, who acts the seller of the subscription. In case of questions related to payment, invoicing must be addressed to them. We only show some options to choose and a copy of the invoices or transactions for your reference.

If you have none, you can purchase subscription in this section. Choose a monthly or yearly payment option and the plan.

Once you paid the subscription the subscription is confirmed by the seller Paddle (usually within a minute) and afterwards activated for your account.


Subscription management

Cancel subscription

You may cancel anytime. The access to the service is continued until the end of the current subscription period.

In case you want to withdraw the cancellation, you can do so before the current subscription period expires.

Cancelling subscription will limit your account to the free plan. E.g. you will no longer have access to collections. Data related to the subscription will be deleted. In case you purchase subscription again you will not have access to data of a previous subscription period.

This tab shows a table of your transactions. You can download your past invoices from this place in case you need to.

Address Data

This is a place where you can update address data for the invoice.

Note, you may also want to add business information in case the subscription is for a business. This helps to have correct tax information on the invoices. You can specify a company name, Tax Identification Number, company number and contacts for the company.

We will transmit the data to Paddle on your behalf.

Update Payment method

Lastly you find a button to update the payment method. This assumes, you have made a payment with paddle already. The button will open another browser window with a website at paddle.
